Preventive Maintenance
Preventative maintenance keeps your system operating properly, efficiently and will prolong the life of your system. A regular 'check-up' on your heating/cooling system will ensure that you will have fewer breakdowns during those cold winter months and hot summer days!
Our qualified service technicians keep the heating/cooling systems up and running with quarterly, semi-annual, or annual preventative maintenance.
All manufacturers recommend, at least, an annual inspection of heating/cooling systems. The purpose of this inspection is to allow the technician to run the system and check refrigerant flow, electrical connections, outdoor air flow, indoor air flow, and much more.
Without annual maintenance, you can expect loss of heating/cooling capacity, premature component failures, compressor failures, higher than necessary electric bills, and possibly, excessive repair bills.

Regular maintenance will:
- Provide longer lasting equipment
- Reduce utility bills
- Reduce repairs
- Provide a more comfortable indoor environment
- Protect your investment
